Sentier Wellness LLP

Our Core Commitment to You

Sentier Wellness will never share your personal or mental health information with your employer, organisation, or any third party for marketing purposes. Confidentiality is non-negotiable — it is the foundation of everything we do.

Sentier Wellness LLP respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and sensitive information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data across our website, mobile application, and services.

1

Information We Collect

In plain terms

We collect only what we need to deliver your service — your contact details, some basic information about you, and relevant health information only when you are using our counselling or assessment services.

We may collect the following information depending on the service you use:

  • Personal details — name, email address, contact number
  • Demographic information — age, profession, organisation name
  • Assessment and counselling-related information
  • Usage data — app interactions, page visits, session duration

Sensitive mental health information is collected only when required to deliver the specific service you have requested. It is never collected without a clear purpose.

2

How We Use Your Information

In plain terms

Your data is used purely to provide the service you signed up for. We do not sell it, advertise with it, or use it in any way you have not consented to.

Your information is used to:

  • Deliver the services you have requested
  • Schedule counselling sessions and assessments
  • Provide reports and training access
  • Improve platform functionality and user experience
  • Communicate service-related updates and reminders

We do not sell, rent, or misuse your personal data under any circumstances.

3

Confidentiality and Data Protection

In plain terms

If you are using our EAP through your employer, your employer will never know what you discussed or even that you called. Only anonymous, overall usage numbers are ever shared with organisations.

  • All mental health data is treated as strictly confidential
  • Access is restricted to authorised mental health professionals only
  • Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and safeguards
  • Our systems are aligned with HIPAA and GDPR data protection principles

For all organisational services — EAP, institutional programs, and corporate wellness — individual employee data is never shared with employers or HR teams. Only anonymised or aggregated insights may be provided for programme reporting purposes.

4

Data Sharing

In plain terms

We only share your data when you have explicitly agreed, when a professional needs it to help you, or when the law requires it. Never for advertising or marketing.

We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With your explicit, informed consent
  • With authorised mental health professionals who are delivering your service
  • When required by applicable law or a court order
  • In situations involving immediate risk to life, where disclosure may be necessary to protect safety

We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes.

5

App and Website Analytics

In plain terms

We track how people use our website and app so we can make them better. This data is anonymised — we cannot identify you from it.

We may use analytics tools to understand how our website and application are used. This includes data such as pages visited, time spent, and features accessed. All analytics data is anonymised and is used solely to improve the user experience.

6

Data Retention

In plain terms

We keep your data only as long as we need it to provide your service or meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so where the law allows.

We retain personal and service-related data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Fulfil the service obligations we have committed to
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or professional requirements

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly. We will action your request promptly, subject to any professional or legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

7

Your Rights

In plain terms

You are always in control of your data. You can see it, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we will help.

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate information
  • Right to withdraw consent — where consent is the basis for processing
  • Right to deletion — request that we delete your personal data
  • Right to object — object to how we use your data in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@sentierwellness.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8

Children and Minors

In plain terms

We only work with minors through schools or institutions, and always with parental or guardian consent. We follow strict ethical guidelines when working with young people.

Services for minors are offered exclusively:

  • Through accredited educational institutions or authorised organisations
  • With informed parental or guardian consent
  • Under applicable ethical, professional, and legal guidelines

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 18 without appropriate consent.

9

In plain terms

If we change anything important in this policy, we will update the date at the top and post the changes on our website. No surprises.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, the updated date shown at the top of this page will change. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
