Welcome to Sentier Wellness LLP and its associated platforms, including MentisHive, and HappiFlux (collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Our platforms provide access to mental health–related services, including but not limited to:

  • Psychological assessments and screening

  • Counselling and emotional support

  • Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

  • Training, workshops, and Psychological First Aid (PFA)

  • Community and professional resources

These services are supportive and preventive in nature and are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.

2. No Medical Emergency Use

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.

3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or

  • You have obtained consent from a parent, guardian, or institution (where applicable)

Certain services may have additional eligibility requirements.

4. Professional Boundaries

All counselling, assessments, and support services are delivered by qualified professionals within ethical and professional guidelines.

We do not:

  • Provide psychiatric diagnosis unless explicitly stated

  • Prescribe medication

  • Replace in-person medical treatment where clinically required

5. Appointments, Assessments & Reports

  • Assessment outcomes are based on professional interpretation and available information at the time.

  • Reports are confidential and shared only with authorised individuals or organisations, as agreed.

  • Turnaround times are indicative and may vary in exceptional circumstances.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Fees for services will be communicated in advance.

  • Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Organisational or institutional agreements may have separate terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms—including text, assessments, training material, logos, and resources—is the intellectual property of Sentier Wellness LLP and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Share false or misleading information

  • Violate confidentiality or privacy of others

  • Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is identified.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and ethical services, Sentier Wellness LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our platforms indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
