- Community and professional resources
These services are supportive and preventive in nature and are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.
2No Medical Emergency Use
Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately. For mental health crisis support, call TeleMANAS at 1800 891 4416 (free, 24x7).
3User Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or
- You have obtained consent from a parent, guardian, or accredited institution where applicable
Certain services may have additional eligibility requirements, which will be communicated at the point of access.
4Professional Boundaries
All counselling, assessments, and support services are delivered by qualified professionals within ethical and professional guidelines. We do not:
- Provide psychiatric diagnosis unless explicitly stated and agreed
- Prescribe medication of any kind
- Replace in-person medical or psychiatric treatment where clinically required
Our professionals operate within clearly defined ethical frameworks and are supervised in accordance with industry standards.
5Appointments, Assessments and Reports
- Assessment outcomes are based on professional interpretation of information available at the time of assessment
- Reports are confidential and shared only with authorised individuals or organisations as agreed upon in writing
- Turnaround times are indicative and may vary in exceptional circumstances
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking
6Payments and Refunds
- Fees for services will be clearly communicated in advance before any payment is processed
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase
- Organisational or institutional agreements may have separate commercial terms

7Intellectual Property
All content on our platforms — including text, assessments, training materials, logos, graphics, and resources — is the intellectual property of Sentier Wellness LLP.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Sentier Wellness LLP.
8User Conduct
All users of our platforms agree not to:
- Misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent its intended purpose
- Share false, misleading, or harmful information
- Violate the confidentiality or privacy of other users or participants
- Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purpose
- Attempt to access systems or data beyond your authorised scope
